Joma Slam Pro 2024

15/08/2026

7/10

Really solid all-round racket for the price. It has a medium touch, feels balanced in every part of the court and is easy to adapt to different match situations. It may lack a bit of finishing power, and spin is not particularly sharp, but overall it is versatile, comfortable and excellent value for money.

+ Good control+ Good balance+ Comfortable+ Versatile- Lacks power- Not a lot of spin

7/10

Really nice racket if you like something light, comfortable and easy to move around. The long handle feels great and the ball comes off the face easily, especially in defense. It is not a power monster and spin is just average, while control can get a little unpredictable when you really accelerate.

+ Good balance+ Comfortable+ Light and agile+ Nice long handle- Not a lot of spin

8/10

This racket is almost perfect on the right side: comfortable, stable and extremely easy to trust in defence, excellent for lobs, volleys and spin shots. The long handle is a real bonus. It also works well on the left if you build points rather than chase pure power. Heavy, expensive and prone to scuffs, though.

+ Good control+ Good balance+ Good for defense+ Comfortable+ Good spin- Too heavy- Too expensive- Not durable

Joma Gold Pro 2025

9/10

A very aggressive and explosive racket that rewards a fast, confident swing. It feels solid and direct, with plenty of power for flat smashes and attacking volleys, yet it stays manageable enough for regular match use. The only real downside is the spin: the surface does not grip the ball as much as expected.

+ Good control+ Great power+ Light and agile- Poor spin

Star Vie Triton Pro 2021

9/10

A proper attacking racket with a high balance and a solid hard feel. It can be brutal on viboras, bajadas and flat smashes when you hit the sweet spot cleanly. Outside that zone, though, it can feel a bit dead and unforgiving. Great for aggressive, technically solid players—not a relaxed all-round option.

+ Good control+ Great power+ Easy to smash+ Durable+ Long and comfortable handle- Small sweet spot- Needs a lot of technique

A serious attacking racket with plenty of punch when you catch the ball clean. It feels stable and solid at the net, with a medium-hard touch, and but the spin could be better (the 3D surface helps very little). It is demanding though: it is quite heavy, so it can punish late contact and tired arms. Comfortable but small handle. I love the colors and the signature from Coello.

+ Great power+ Comfortable+ Easy to smash+ Durable+ Nice design- Too heavy- Not a lot of spin

A really solid control racket: easy to trust from the back of the court and super stable on volleys. The sweet spot is generous and you feel always in control. It is not made for huge smash power, but if you like building points, defending well and playing clean, controlled padel, it’s actually great. Perfect for right side players, I can't recommend it for left side players, it feels a bit underpowered on overheads—especially kick smashes and x4s. Only one warning: you can feel some vibrations, especially on bloqueos.

+ Good control+ Wide sweet spot+ Good balance+ Good for defense- Vibrations- Lacks power- Not for left side players

Drop Shot Axion Attack 2024

9/10

The Drop Shot Axion Attack is aggressive, solid and highly powerful in attack. It generates good spin and has a medium-hard touch with basically zero vibrations. Its sweet spot is not very forgiving, so it wants good technique. The handle is slightly thin, you need at least one overgrip on top of it. I recommend it for a left-side player, but it could also fit an offensive right-side player. Excellent price if you find a deal under 100€.

+ Great power+ Easy to smash+ Good Spin- Small sweet spot- Needs technique

Siux Ultra Pro 2024

6/10

The Siux Ultra Pro feels medium-soft (compared to other rackets that I own), comfortable and very easy to handle. It is not a power cannon, and the smooth face offers limited spin, but its adjustable balance makes it genuinely versatile. A reliable all-round option for intermediate players, equally suitable on either the left or right side.

+ Wide sweet spot+ Good balance+ Comfortable+ Light and agile- Lacks power- Too expensive
